BMW X7 Dark Shadow Edition: BLACK KNIGHT for collectors

BMW has introduced a special edition of its own SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) with the name BMW X7 Dark Shadow Editionand its main competitors are Mercedes-Benz GLS and the Audi model SQ7 in SQ8. This limited series of models will be made in everything 500 specimens at BMW’s plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and will be available worldwide with delivery by the end of the year. A version Dark Shadow Edition can be combined with all engines available for the BMW X7.

Needless to say, buyers of this limited edition will most likely opt for the top of the range, the model M50i with a 4,4-liter petrol V8 capable of 390 kW (530 hp) and a maximum torque of 750 Nm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission steptronic. BMW claims that such an X7 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h 4,7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km / h. The M Sport electronic differential and xDrive four-wheel drive can arbitrarily distribute up to 100 percent of the torque to the rear wheels.

Compared to the usual BMW X7 is in the version Dark Shadow Edition of course all in the sign of black and gray, including 22-inch light-alloy wheels, the color of the exterior marked Frozen Arctic Gray and a number of accessories that complement the overall look of the vehicle. Inside, the customer is in any case a leather M-steering wheel, BMW Individual merino upholstery and roofing with Alcantara in black.
