The Russian was the fastest in the first race of a Formula 2 race weekend in Silverstone. Zhou finished in second place, followed by Japanese Tsunoda.

The first of two consecutive racing weekends Formula 2 v Silverston started with a win for Nikita Mazepina (Hitech). The Russian is on Saturday after 29 laps in the main race in the support program as part of Formula 1 at British GP won.

Za Mazepina this is the first victory in his career as a Formula 2 driver, where he has been driving for the second year. "I'm extremely happy, especially because we didn't have the best start to the season," he said mazepin, who is the sixth different winner in the seventh race of the season.

He will be less satisfied with the result in the first race in Silverstone Mick Schumacher (Prema), who started third from the start the fastest, but finished ninth in the end. Philip Drugovich, who started from pole position for the first time, was in second place for a while and then fell to fourth as he had trouble gripping the hard version of the tires he used at the start of the race.

Meanwhile, he is fighting for the top mazepin in the third round overtook Schumacher and took the lead. The maneuver, worth seeing, was carried out by the Russian on the outside of the bend Stowe. At the time, they were both on the track with a softer version of the tires (medium).

mazepin sovereignly led his first victory against, but in the background there was a lot of interesting and Schumacher he was slowly falling down the ladder due to grip problems. It's on the other side Callum illot, who started from the pits due to a car breakdown, drove a great race and finally won fifth place. The other was a Chinese man Zhou, the third Japanese Tsonuda, and before Illot, the Dane finished in fourth place Lundgaard.

Robert Schwarzman (Prema), the leader in the overall standings, started the race after the crash qualifiers only as eighteenth. He progressed nicely on the table for a while, but in the end, like Schumacher, he lost grip and only finished on 14. place.
