Ricciardo explained in his position: “There is no basis for Beavis' claims. It is unfortunate that he is suing for completely undeserved demands. The lawsuit was filed by Sivana Sports International FZE, owned by Beavis, and is against Ricciard's Whitedunes, which the Australian founded in 2013 to protect advertising and marketing rights around its name.
