Last year Grand Prix of Mexico, which he got Max Verstappen v Red Bullu, we monitored with two more DRS zones, namely on the 1,2-kilometer start-finish plane and between bends 3 and 4, and this year it will be possible to use the DRS still between turns 11 and 12, in the area between sectors 2 and 3. The detection point at which the difference between the two race cars must be less than a second is located just after turn no. 9.

The two remaining DRS zones remain the same as in the 2018 season and also have the same detection point as before, which means immediately after turn 14 in the section stadium Foro Sol. The third DRS-zone is a welcome novelty for raising the temperature before "F1ESTO" in Mexico City, where Lewis Hamilton can already crown for the sixth time the world champion in F1.
