Regarding the exterior, it is worth mentioning the larger set of colors, in which we now also find White Silver Metallic silver and Piano Black black, which also coincides with other elements of the exterior, which are usually clad in chrome (borders around the lights, door handles, (). The interior is richer with a new leather-wrapped steering wheel and a revamped infotainment system with 8,8-inch screen. There are also two new types of leather available, named at the Mini Chesterfield Malt Brown in Chesterfield Indigo Blue.
Under the hood, the Mini bets on already known powertrains, which have been further optimized in terms of economy and performance. Basic model Cooper Countryman capable of 100 kW (136 hp) and accelerates to 9,3 km / h in 9,6 seconds, in the four-wheel drive version it all takes XNUMX seconds.
Mini cooper s countryman has 141 kW (192 hp), and represents the top of the range JCW Countryman with standard four-wheel drive and a maximum power of 224 kW (305 hp). He is also returning to the cast plug-in hybrid Cooper SE Countryman ALL4 with a three-cylinder that drives the front wheelset and an electric motor in charge of the rear axle.
The start of sales is announced for at the end of this summer, when the prices of individual models will also be known.
