The central design feature of the next generation of Mokka is the so-called Opel / Vauxhall Viewfinder, which extends across the entire nose of the vehicle and includes a radiator grille and lights at the narrow edge. The visor is an important element not only for Mokko next generation as it will be used by all future brand models Opel and Vauxhall.
The inspiration for the aforementioned design element came from the protective visor on the helmet, and its special feature is that it integrates the radiator grille, headlights and the brand logo in a single module. Opel / Vauxhall Viewfinder it also draws inspiration from the first generation of celebrities Opel Manta. Speaking of headlights, the new Mokka will be equipped with standard LED headlights or additional matrix headlights IntelliLux LEDs, each with wing-shaped graphics LED daytime running lights.

"It was very important that we created a new brand look, following a design philosophy that emphasizes boldness and purity of lines," said the chief designer of the brands Opel and Vauxhall, Mark Adams. "Our new Vizor, which we will present for the first time on the Mokka model, is a very clean and recognizable design feature, which at the same time emphasizes its German philosophy, in which form follows function," he added.

The new design will definitely fit electric versions of the Mokka, which does not need a classic refrigerator grille. The electric Mokka will be the first model from the mentioned family, and it will be available at the beginning of next year. Gasoline and diesel powered versions can be expected a little later.
