Valtteri Bottas - third place: "It was a bad race for me. If you start it from second place and lose all chances to win at the start, it hurts a lot. Regarding the start, I didn’t think about the penalty, at least not in the first third of the race. That would just confuse me. I tried to focus on the race and make up for lost places. After a while, I thought, OK, I haven't heard anything about the sentence, apparently this case is ticked. Then I had a tough race, but I never gave up and hoped I could still catch up with Max. I managed to do that, but I couldn't find a way past it. The race was definitely not ideal for me, but I have to forget that. I’m already thinking of both races in Silverstone, which I have to drive better."
