Srdjan Suki Sulejmanovic is for us who knew him personally more than just an exceptional master of photography. A man many mistaken for Radeja Šerbedžija, at whose expense, as he always said, "Awarded many autographs", he was first and foremost a man. A true example of the old school, representing the best that the Rhineland could give us in human terms. It is because of him that we are all present at the Formula 1 races we have judged in "Balkan District", always felt like we were among old friends.
To our great regret, it did Suki said goodbye to this world far too soon this year. The back disease unfortunately overcame even such a cheerleader and eternal optimist as he was. He left, but his legacy, which shows his greatness, remained. As well as his always happy greetings "Hello, brother.", with which it is "Infected" people all over the world.
Its a great desire to have an exhibition on Knez Mihajlovi Street, was so posthumously fulfilled by his professional colleagues and friends. Exhibition entitled "Hello, brother." in Belgrade Progress Gallery shows only a small part of the exceptional repertoire of this photographer born in 1967, who started working in photography in the late eighties, and since 1993 he has worked for EPA.
Ob Formulas 1 he followed almost everything the most important sporting events around the world, from the Olympic Games, athletics competitions and world and European football championships, and with his photographs he also reported from the wars, those in the former Yugoslavia and from Iraq.
Srdjan Suki Sulejmanovic is the winner of numerous international awards, including Sport prize in the 10th Editor and Publisher Photos of the Year Contest. Sam has always emphasized that he has the best business in the world, where you always have to take a lot of risks and learn even more. Proceeds from the sale of his works will go to charity, as he would certainly like to Suki.
