That there is something serious in this report is shown by the reaction McLaren. Otherwise last night in Abu Dhabi there was no official confirmation of this conscience, but the first man McLaren Zak Brown has announced a press conference for today at 13pm local time (at 10am in Europe) where it is also expected to officially confirm this deal. MSP by the end of the year in McLaren's cash register pumped together £ 185 million (about $ 200 million) and will get it for it initially 15 percent and at the end 33 percent McLarn’s stake. If these reports hold true, it would be more than 600 million at the company-wide level.

Zak Brown is expected to confirm the sale of a stake in the racing team to a U.S. investment consortium at a news conference in Abu Dhabi today.

Za SMEs a consortium consisting of several is alleged to have stood investment firms and so-called Hedge funds. It should be part of this transaction Jahm najafi became vice president McLaren Racing, and will also join the board Jeff moorad in Rodrigo Trelles Zabala. However, this acquisition does not affect McLaren Automotive. Also planned sales and rental of the factory in Woking it is thus stored in a drawer. This should provide further capital for the company's expansion. Going to the stock exchange, however, is reported Sky News does not plan, despite constant rumors.

McLaren is at that time majority owned Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (56 percent), the investment arm of the Bahrain royal family. He controls the next 14 percent Mansour ojjeh, You own 10 percent Michael Latifi, father of Nicholas Latifi, team racer Williams, and the remaining 20 percent is in the hands of several smaller investors. Sale of team share McLaren however, it probably explains their interest in entering Formula E in 2023.
