FIAT refreshes the Abarth 595 family

The Italian manufacturer has introduced the revamped Abarth 595 family, which now includes four versions, namely the base 595, Turismo, Competizione and Essesse.

Refreshed Abarth 595 will be available as a station wagon and convertible, and is powered by a 1,4-liter turbocharged powertrain that meets Euro 6D environmental standards. The powertrain is available in three versions, with 145 hp for the model 595, 165 KM for the model Tourismo and 180 hp for the model Competition in Essesse.

The most potent instance in versions Competition in Essesse is equipped with a turbocharger Garrett GT1446, mechanical partial differential lock, shock absorbers Koni FSD and brakes Brembo. In any case, a five-speed manual transmission works with the powertrain, at an additional cost Fiat offers an automatic sequential transmission with the option of shifting at the wheel.

There are also some small aesthetic changes, including the package Sport renamed v Scorpion, for model Tourismo there is also upholstery in brown leather and Rally Blue exterior. For the model 595 Competizione they also prepared a set of 17-inch light-alloy wheels.
