The inclination of the car and the RULES are not the key to good form RED BULLAnd in the 2021 season

McLaren, Alpine and Alfa Romeo advocate the idea that they are Red Bull and other teams directly benefited from the changes in aerodynamic rules for 2021.

Theirs argument is that they are formula 1 in FIA make changes to disproportionate affected the most dominant team with a concept low slope race car and that is of course Mercedes.

"Clearly, the new rules have hit teams harder than we have,”Is for colleagues from car engine and sport said Otmar Szafnauer, team boss Aston Martin. Even at Mercedes are of a similar opinion. But James key, technical team leader McLaren he says it's too much simplified to argue that the teams with the higher inclination of the car are where it stands out the most right Red Bull, gain priority with the new rules. “If the inclination of the car has any effect, it is small," so Key.

James Key, McLarn’s technical chief, points out that the inclination of a race car has very little impact on its shape.

"We all started our development for 2021 with racing cars that were a second slower than last year. Most importantly, how it evolved from there,”Adds the technical director of McLaren. Marcin budkowski from the team Alpine F1 agrees with this statement. “Here we are talking about complex airflows and how they interact with other components of the car. Therefore, this theory of inclination is too simple."

Also Helmut Marko from Red Bullbut he argues that their form this year is not to be attributed solely to the inclination of the car, but much earlier to the whole package.

Helmut Marko, sports boss Red Bull Racing, added: “I think it’s the whole package. We also need to consider tires.“In the end Jan Monchaux, technical director of the team Alfa Romeo says: “If we want to give a really clear answer, we should have Mercedes and Red Bull placed in a parallel universe. I can imagine the car reacting differently with more or less tilt, but in the end I don’t think it’s going to be here for half a second."
