Drive to Survive was first introduced after the end of the Formula 1 season 2018. There’s a film crew that year Netflix showed behind the scenes Formula 1to show more with this fan than they can see for themselves on television.

In the first season, when Mercedes in Ferrari they did not allow access to their premises, we got a great insight into what was happening with the smaller teams. And here he shone Gunther Steiner, team manager Haas.

The first season Drive to Survive was a truly remarkable success, so it was no surprise that a sequel followed. They were created new stories, but the existing ones from the first season also continued. Daniel Ricciardo he was an important protagonist in this series, and we saw a lot behind the scenes as well Carlos Sainz.

Netflix will also be filming interesting behind-the-scenes scenes of Formula 1 in the fourth season of Drive to Survive.

Nevertheless, it was in recent seasons more and more criticism at the expense of that series. Sometimes they should be photos taken out of contextthat the story would be correct, and sometimes the stories were supposed to be too fictional. Last season, the entire episode was dedicated to the rivalry between Carlos Sainzem in Land Norris, but no one had the feeling that it was a real rivalry.
