HAMILTON on his 100th victory: "Max did a great job"

Lewis Hamilton is immensely grateful to his Mercedes team when he won his 100th Formula 1 victory, which was put in his hands by Lando Norris due to a bad decision.

British namely, in comparison with a compatriot in McLarn the right time he decided to stop at the pits as the last laps of the race were spiced up by rain.

Hamilton with today's victory again took the lead in the championship before Max Verstappn, but a racer Red Bull Racing maximally mitigated the damage due to the penalty he received when changing the engine. “I would like to thank the fans first. The weather is not the best, but what a race we had. It took me a long time to get to the 100th win, I wasn’t sure it would come today. Lando has done an amazing job, he really does a great job for McLaren. I look with bitter feeling at my old team, which is doing so well. Apparently they are powered by Mercedes. I didn’t want Lando to move away, but I didn’t know what would happen to the weather. I am immensely grateful to everyone in the factory and here,”He said after the qualifiers Hamilton.

"I wasn’t the most pleased with yesterday’s work, a subtle mistake. So determined, but I woke up with a pain in my neck. Ange (physiotherapist) has been fantastic for the last two weeks. It was hard at first as I lost a few places to avoid trouble. Max had to do a great job to get from last to second place. I’m not sure I could have come past Lando on my own. Then came the rain, the team did an amazing job. For those behind me, I can't do anything, and for Max, it's a dream result,”Added the racer Mercedesa.
