With the team Red Bull have confirmed that this deal is a multi-year partnership with a brand that will appear on the 2022 race car RB18 and on the racing overalls of both racers.

PokerStars, which is owned by the company Flutter Entertainment, is the official European betting partner Formula 1 and as such a regional partner for virtual advertising. That means they are PokerStars visible to European viewers and has the same arrangements for the Asian market 188Bet.
