The year 2024 is for Too bad starting with the premiere the renewed Octavia. The premieres of the updated sedan and van versions are scheduled for the end of February. Appearance, standard equipment and engines will be thoroughly changed.
The upcoming presentation was also confirmed by itself Czech company, which first announced the final look of the Octavia with a teaser video on YouTube, but now it shows another one.
Teaser on YouTube it's only 16 seconds long, but this short message is enough to give us our first look at the front of the Skoda car. This is probably where the biggest changes will be. With redesigned and even more modern headlights and a differently designed radiator grille, which - in our opinion - is inspired by the new Fabii in Kodiaq.
The rear lights will also probably have a different look. There will also be no shortage of new colors and new wheel shapes. The interior will change, as a new infotainment system will be introduced for the first time. This could be the same as in the refurbished one Volkswagen Golf, which will have the least 12-inch screen with new graphics and features.
Connection with Golf will continue with powertrains. Octavia in Octavia Combi likely to have updated petrol and diesel engines. In particular, the 1,0-liter TSI with 110 hp, the 1,5-liter TSI with 150 hp (both also available as a mild hybrid) and the 2,0-liter TSI in the RS version could be confirmed. The latter could experience the same power boost as v Golf GTI, where the aggregate will be capable of 265 hp in the future.
