BMW 4 Series has a completely predictable schedule. In 2020, the coupe was first introduced, followed by the convertible. The Gran Coupé and the all-electric i4 followed a bit later, but now enough time has passed that the time has come for a revamp. Coupe in Convertible were introduced earlier this year, and now almost identical information is available for Gran Coupe – with and without an internal combustion engine.

Now let's move on to BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé, where – as with the coupé and convertible – very little has changed visually. The kidney grille of the refrigerator has been changed, but it is still quite large. The manufacturer gave a new structure as well LED headlights. Adaptive matrix lights and model-style laser taillights BMW M4 CSL are available as accessories.
Cape York Metallic in Fire Red Metallic are the names of two new paint colors, and there are also two additional new wheel shapes to choose from. They measure 19 or 20 inches. The M Sport Package is now available with a new rear diffuser element and the diameter of the round tailpipes has been increased per 100 millimeters.
BMW Curved Display with two connected screens, it is already familiar inside. Still, the cockpit looks fresher. This is mainly due to the new vents and the reduced gear lever. Nice about the vents? In the future, they can also be used to manage the air conditioning system. So you won't have to just touch or talk anymore.
New steering wheel with lights multifunction buttons is now serial. Shift paddles behind it are also available at no extra charge. If you still want to pay a little extra for the steering wheel, you can now on offer accessories M you choose a new three-spoke steering wheel with red markings. In addition, new materials are available for various applications, ambient lighting but now it also shines in other places.
Under the hood, BMW hasn't changed anything essential. The offer ranges from model 420i with 184 HP do M440i xDrive with 374 hp. In total, there are two four-cylinder petrol engines, one six-cylinder petrol engine and two diesels – one with four and one with six cylinders. Both six-cylinder petrol engines and the 420d are equipped with a 48-volt system. All drive systems are connected to 8-speed automatic transmission, depending on the engine, it is possible to choose between rear- or all-wheel drive.
Renovated series 4 Gran Coupé will be on the market in July 2024. BMW has not yet announced prices. They currently start at €51.300. For that money you get the 420i version. But if you want M440i xDrive, you will need to have at least 71.300 euros in your account.
