The popular electric SUV has received a mid-life refresh with updated looks, improved aerodynamics and a longer range.
Škoda presented a renewed version of the popular electric SUVs Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe. The updated models feature a redesigned front end, improved aerodynamics, more advanced technologies and a longer range, which is now up to 587 kilometers.
The most noticeable changes are at the front, where the Enyaq has a sleeker illuminated grille and new split headlights with LED-Matrix technology. The updated design along with the different openings in the bumper gives the Enyaq a greater resemblance to the smaller SUV Elroq.
Inside, the redesigned Enyaq offers several standard technology features and amenities, including a 5-inch digital instrument cluster, 13-inch infotainment screen, heated seats and steering wheel, three-zone climate control, wireless charging and a power liftgate.
Despite keeping the same battery pack options with 59 kWh and 77 kWh, Škoda has managed to increase the range of the Enyaq with improved aerodynamics. The updated models now offer a range between 431 and 587 kilometers.
At launch, customers can choose between three configurations of electric powertrains. The base model Enyaq 60 (RWD) now has 150 kW (204 hp), while the Enyaq 85 (RWD) and Enyaq 85x (AWD) versions have 210 kW (286 hp).
Škoda will start accepting orders for the revised Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe models in key European markets on January 9. Prices will start at around EUR 44.000.
