The Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ is available as a Coupé and Cabriolet and is powered by a heavily modified 3,0-litre six-cylinder in-line engine with twin turbocharging. The engine produces 330 kW (449 hp) and offers maximum torque of 560 Nm, with a short-term overboost of even 600 Nm. An exclusive “limited edition” is now available.
The special model is particularly well-equipped with numerous packages and individual options. It also features a partial foil with a large AMG logo and color accents in yellow on the coupé and black and blue on the convertible. The CLE 53 Coupé is painted in matte MANUFAKTUR graphite gray magna, while the CLE 53 Cabriolet is also painted in matte, exclusive AMG MANUFAKTUR spectral blue magna.
The “Limited Edition” coupe rides on 20-inch forged wheels in a striking cross-spoke design with yellow rim edges, which are reserved for this edition. Behind them, grey brake calipers are visible, underlining the sporty elegance of the model. This also applies to the Cabriolet. Here, 20-inch high-gloss light-alloy wheels are fitted. One of the details is the fuel filler cap in silver chrome with AMG lettering and black design elements. Various optional equipment packages are also available.
For example, the AMG Dynamic Plus package (Coupé and Cabriolet). It combines particularly sporty equipment details for an even more emotional driving experience. The most important are the dynamic engine mounts, which provide a sporty or comfortable connection between engine and body, depending on the driving situation. The “limited edition” includes the AMG Performance steering wheel in carbon design/MICROCUT microfiber.
Specifically for the color coordination of the Edition version, both models feature gray-painted brake calipers with AMG lettering on the front and rear axles. Active engine mounts offer a situational diffusion between a comfortable and sporty connection of the engine to the body.
The interior of the “limited edition” is also specially designed. The AMG Performance High-End Seat Package offers upholstery in black AMG nappa leather with yellow contrasting stitching in the coupé. In the Cabriolet, the seats are upholstered in an exclusive edition of white AMG nappa leather with black accents.
In both cases, the interior is further enhanced by AMG carbon-fibre elements. The AMG door sills with AMG lettering are illuminated in yellow (Coupé) or white (Cabriolet) and fitted with interchangeable covers. The AMG floor mats for the special model feature AMG lettering and decorative stitching, which is yellow for the Coupé and white for the Cabriolet.
To protect the bodywork, the edition includes a tailored, special AMG Indoor Car Cover. With a breathable outer cover made of tear-resistant synthetic fiber fabric and an antistatic inner flannel fabric, it protects the vehicle from dust and scratches in the garage. The limited edition can already be ordered as a coupe and convertible. It will be launched on the market in July 2025 and will be available until May 2026.
