Brabus Island: A Luxury Stay in Abu Dhabi

Brabus is building an exclusive island with residential facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Car manufacturers are increasingly making inroads into real estate, with Aston Martin and Porsche already having skyscrapers in Miami, and Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Pagani soon to follow. Meanwhile, Bugatti is building a massive 171-story tower in Dubai. Now, Brabus is creating an entire island.

Brabus Island will be located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, in the Al Seef district. Initial plans show a sprawling estate spanning just over 100.000 square meters, located just minutes from Zayed International Airport and Abu Dhabi city center, and less than an hour's drive from Dubai.

The island will feature four large skyscrapers, including townhouses and apartments. Each tower will offer up to 350 luxury units with two to four bedrooms, ranging in size from approximately 102 to 465 square meters. Surrounding the towers will be 100 detached villas, all with access to the waterfront.

The residential units will be designed in a minimalist style, with a choice of three color schemes: Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven. Brabus allows for further personalization of the interior with different materials and textures, similar to their “custom” supercars. The company did not say when construction will begin or what the individual residences will cost.
