Los Angeles-based conversion company Bulletproof Automotive unveils a supercharged masterpiece based on the Honda S2000.
Bulletproof Automotive, a Los Angeles-based tuner, is celebrating a quarter century with the BP25, a radical rework of the Honda S2000. Fifteen years after the sports car was discontinued, this conversion uses a new 2,0-liter four-cylinder engine equipped with a Vortech V2-Si supercharger. The engine produces 433 kW (588 hp) at 9.300 rpm, with a redline of 10.000 rpm. The powerplant is also kept cool by an Amus titanium exhaust system.
The drivetrain is mated to a short-throw AP2 six-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels via a limited-slip differential, which was signed by ASM and Drexler. The chassis is supported by adjustable Top Secret Super Dampers springs and parts from J's Racing, Spoon and EVS. Massive Brembo Pista brakes (six-piston front, four-piston rear) are hidden behind 19-inch BP-RW Evolution wheels wrapped in 295/30ZR19 Toyo Proxes R888R tires.

This S2000 is enhanced with a Varis Dark Panther bodykit with carbon fiber aerodynamics, a ventilated hood and a lightweight trunk lid, all wrapped in Lamborghini Balloon White. The interior is fully track-ready with RS-G Limited Edition Super Start seats, a Mugen roll cage and steering wheel, and Willians FIA racing belts. The dashboard, door panels and headliner are also newly upholstered in black Alcantara.
