The popular crossover, with its extensive second facelift, brings a digitalized interior and a fresh exterior look, and its production begins at the end of May.
While the rest of the Ceed family has been replaced by the new K4, the Kia XCeed crossover remains in the range and has received its second, most extensive facelift to date. Visually, it draws heavily from the brand’s latest electric models, most notably the EV3. The front end features a completely new look with vertical LED headlights, a narrower grille and larger air intakes with aluminium accents. The rear features full-width LED lights and a more robust bumper with an integrated skid plate, while the side profile is complemented by new alloy wheels and fresh paint shades.

The interior has also undergone significant improvements, now adapting to the manufacturer's latest technological standards. The completely redesigned dashboard boasts a modern digital cockpit consisting of two large 31,2-centimeter (12,3-inch) screens. Ergonomics and usability are improved by revised physical control switches and simplified air vents. The ambient experience is enhanced by a new two-spoke steering wheel, a redesigned center console and fresh upholstery patterns that match the details on the doors and steering wheel.

The refreshed model will be powered by proven classic petrol and mild hybrid engines, which in all likelihood means the withdrawal of plug-in hybrid versions from the range. Driving dynamics and comfort will be improved thanks to updated chassis settings. Production of the updated Kia XCeed will begin on May 29 at the Slovakian factory in Žilina, with the first examples set to hit European roads in the coming weeks, where the model will share the market space with the new, more off-road-oriented Seltos model.
