Cadillac is excited to enter Formula 1. The 2026 season will be its first – and last weekend the team made its debut on American soil at the 2026 Miami Grand Prix. To celebrate the occasion, the manufacturer is introducing a strictly limited edition CT5-V Blackwing model that offers even more power.
The CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series model features an improved supercharger developed in collaboration with GM Motorsports, increasing the power output of the 6,2-liter turbocharged V8 engine from 668 hp and 893 Nm to 685 hp and 912 Nm.

Cadillac offers the sedan exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission. Each car also comes with the Precision Package, which includes a number of upgraded chassis components, carbon-ceramic brakes, and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires. The package costs $18.000 for the standard Blackwing model.
Each vehicle is finished in Midnight Stone Frost exterior paint. This color is complemented by Carbon Flash Metallic wheels, gloss black emblems, monochrome emblems and Harbor Gray Metallic brake calipers. The carbon fiber accents on the lower body are accented with a Switchblade Silver accent line.

The Blackwing also features a number of subtle (but recognizable) Formula 1 and FIA details, including the F1 logo embossed into the lower part of the front doors. The rear spoiler features both logos, and the FIA logo adorns the side sills.
Inside, the sills feature “Cadillac Formula 1” lettering and the seats feature embossed F1 graphics. The six-speed manual transmission shifter is adorned with a special F1 medallion. Under the hood, the compressor cover features a CNC-milled F1 logo and a laser-engraved FIA logo.

Cadillac plans to begin production of the CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series in mid-2026 and sell it in the U.S. and Canada. Production is limited to just 26 examples. Pricing has not yet been announced by the manufacturer – but expect a higher price tag.
The regular CT5-V Blackwing with the Precision Package and both carbon fiber packages costs $135.175 (currently around €115.300). We wouldn't be surprised if the CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series with the supercharger upgrade topped the $150.000 mark (nearly €128.000).
