In April, Toyota and Ford websites significantly overtook their competitors in terms of visits, while Korean brands surprisingly took third place.
Car manufacturer websites are the first stop for many buyers when choosing a new vehicle, with some brands standing out in terms of traffic. According to Emarketer, based on Comscore analytics, Toyota Group attracted the most unique visitors in April with 9,2 million and Ford with 9 million clicks. With these results, both brands clearly took the lead, leaving all other automotive giants in the market behind.

In third place on the list, with 6,2 million visits, the Hyundai Kia group was somewhat surprising, surpassing the American General Motors with 5,3 million and Stellantis with 4,8 million visitors. The top ten most searched were also the Japanese Nissan (4,3 million), Honda (4,1 million) and the American Tesla (2,5 million). The list of the most successful online brands is closely rounded out by the European representatives, the Volkswagen group and BMW, who each recorded 2,1 million unique visitors.
Despite the high number of visits to these sites, consumer habits are changing rapidly, with 44 percent of buyers already showing great interest in using artificial intelligence to directly compare multiple vehicles at once. The new technology makes it much easier for buyers to review extensive data and help them find the vehicle that best suits their specific needs and financial capabilities. It should be emphasized, however, that a million visits to a particular website does not necessarily mean a proportional number of cars sold, but rather serves to provide buyers with thorough information and research before making a purchase.
