“I’m going to try to talk to the guys about what went well and what we failed to do to get an even better picture of where we can be even more competitive next year,” explained his approach gasly. “We missed some nice chances to win points this year. Sometimes we just didn’t have enough rhythm. But at the end of the day, we have to be very constant and always try to be in the top 10 so that we can fight for an even better position in the championship next season. “
