Vettel was frustrated after the race in Sochi because he couldn’t get to the points.

"It was a bit of a boring race, as we didn't have many options in strategic terms,He said Hag. "My start from the dirty side of the track was not ideal, so I didn’t benefit from the collisions of other racers. I tried everything I could, but in the first lap I couldn’t take advantage of the problems and collisions of the other racers. I didn’t have a clear path in front of me, so it was a big pity. After the safety car period, I got a little stuck and tried to be close to the competitors in front of me. Then we got stuck in a slow group at the back of the field and that was unfortunately our race," so Hag.

The team used him for a brake block against both Renault so that his teammate Leclerc could reach the final sixth place.

"I played the brake block until my stop. After that, I couldn’t fix much. It was clear that they had left me outside on the track to slow down both Renaults. Of course, that didn't help me much. I think I could win at least a point, but now that doesn't change anything,”He adds disappointedly Hag. The next race is his home v Eiffel on the track Nurburgring on October 11th. But Hag in front of domestic viewers does not expect any particular progress in terms of performance. “It will definitely be one of the nicer races, but the car will be similar to the last two races, so we won’t have an easy job."
