VN TERUELA: The first POLE POSITION career for Takaaki Nakagami

Takaaki Nakagami won his first best starting position in the MotoGP class in qualifying for the Teruela GP. The Japanese also gave Honda its first best starting position this season.

Before that, they secured the last tickets for a faster group Espargaro Pol in Johann zarco, which were the fastest in Q2. They experienced a complete qualifying defeat again at Ducati, so it will be Andrea Dovizioso started only from the 17th starting position.

Along with the Japanese LCR Honda racer, they also placed in the first starting line Franco Morbidelli and Alex Rins. From the second starting line, the race is started by two racers Yamaha, Maverick Vinales, Johann Zarco and fabio quartararo. Espargaro Pol, who advanced from the first part of the qualifiers in Q2, was seventh at the end Cal Crutchlow ter Iker Lecuona.

Nakagami already at the beginning of the qualifiers indicated that today might be his day, as v leadership fired with a time of 1: 47,072, which he later improved by another two tenths. Shortly after the end of qualifying, bad news followed for Cala Crutchlowa, Miguel Oliveiro in Alex Marquez, who all took their fastest laps in a row under the yellow flags, causing them to erase their times.

Leading the overall standings, Joan mir, was initially able to look forward to this information until it became clear that time would be erased for him as well, so he will only start from 12th place.

Another interesting fact - Nakagami is the first Japanese after Makoto Tamadi (in 2004) who managed to be the fastest in the class race qualifiers MotoGP and the sixth racer to do so this year.
