GENESIS GV70: Second SUV representative of the LUXURY KOREAN brand

Genesis GV70 found himself in the typical manner of a Korean luxury brand online without any data, but the images still caught the public’s attention. This is not the first time Korean luxury brand carried out this trick, as it “presented” the G80 sedan in a similar style. But today we are talking about GV70, so let’s take another look at what we know. This is the second SUV representative of the brand genesis, which is a smaller relative of the model GV80.

As for the exterior, we can say that it is GV70 spiritually closer recently introduced sedan G70than to his older brother GV80, as it has a more sporty character, also due to the vertically placed ends of the exhaust pipe and the striking radiator grille.

Inside, things are more family, with the same 14,5-inch touchscreen mounted on the dashboard (as with the GV80), and 12,3-inch digital gauges. It is also worth mentioning the ambient lighting, but all in all it seems a slightly more amusing interpretation of the interior of the previous Genesis models.

As we have already said, the brand is at most specifications still very mysterious, but we can assume with some certainty what will be under the hood. The motor pallet may be the same as in GV80, including a standard 2,5-liter four-cylinder and a larger 3,5-liter six-cylinder that will be capable of around 375 horsepower.

genesis should reveal more details soon, but we’re very happy to see it early, which is likely the most important car companies so far. Compact luxury crossovers are a hot edge on the market and apparently have genesis in this segment of the potential winner.
