On Tuesday, March 2, will team Alpine unveiled its new race car for the season 2021. A team that was named last year Renault, the year took on a new name to take advantage of the platform Formula 1 to promote its sports brand Alpine.
So this year is for the team a new beginning. After five years, the name Renault goodbye, but nonetheless Alpine remains in the family of the French manufacturer. The new team means too new appearance. Yellow is saying goodbye, colors are coming the French national flag, i.e. red, white and blue. The return of the two-time world champion is expected with tension Fernanda Alonso, who is returning to Formula 1. But the Spaniard recently experienced it severe accidentwhen a car crashed into him while training on a bicycle.
Even on the leading floor, at French many things happened. Cyril Abiteboul, the team boss had to say goodbye last year, is replaced by the former Suzuki boss at MotoGP Davide Brivio, who will be responsible to the head of the concern Luci de Meo. The exact structure of the team management will be published. For the first time, a new race car will drive on the track winter testing in Bahrain.
