It's behind us third free practice, which took place in the dominance of the Mercedes team. Valtteri Bottas in Lewis Hamilton - they were both separated by less than a tenth of a second -, they were convincingly faster than Max Verstappen. At Red Bullu will have a lot of work to do until qualifying, especially with their own hind wings.

It is worth mentioning that it was training interrupted even before the first race car hit the track. He took care of that Nikita mazepin, who stopped at the exit of the pits due to a malfunction on the car.

Even before the first race car hit the track, training had already been interrupted. Namely, Nikita Mazepin and his Haas stopped at the exit from the pits.

Max Verstappen he had to settle for third place and that with a good lag three tenths of a second, which is not reassuring for him before qualifying. Dutchman there was no way he could find the speed and make a perfect circle. He was two tenths more in fourth place Pierre Gasly, which was one hundredth of a second faster than Sergio Pereza in fifth place.

We find it in sixth place Carlos Sainz, who was with his Ferrari faster than both racers AlpineF1, where he was Fernando Alonso seventh, Esteban Ocon on the eighth. They finish the top ten Charles Leclerc in another Ferrari and Yuki tsunoda in AlphaTauri, which was the first to lag behind by more than a second. But obviously it is Japanese on the track in Qatar he feels good, which is confirmed by his results of all three training sessions.

Od eleventh place onwards however, the racers were classified as follows: Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren), Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin), Lando Norris (McLaren), George Russell (Williams), Lance stroll (Aston Martin), Kimi Raikkonen (Alfa Romeo), Antonio Giovinazzi (Alfa Romeo), Nicholas latifi (Williams), Mick Schumacher (Haas) and Nikita mazepin (Haas).

Incidents

Za Nikita Mazepina the problems of yesterday continued. After you're on it first free practice damaged the chassis, he had to accompany another from the garage. Mechanics had to assemble a new race car on a spare chassis overnight. When it's Rus today he wanted to drive on the track, is his Ferrari the engine in the rear operated with only four cylinders.

Because it is Rus stayed longer outside the pits, the race management briefly interrupted training. For Mazepina this meant that after a second he would have to follow from the garage as well third free practice. To be able to replace control unit engine, mechanics will have to dismantle the bottom of the car. For the racer Haas means that he will go to the qualifiers only with a 40-minute preparation from the first training session.

In the second turn, we witnessed three rotations, with Charles Leclerc showing off the most spectacular with his Ferrari, thus overshadowing Gasly’s 360-degree turn and Schumacher’s 180-degree turn.

Three times however, they had to march along the trail in the area the second turn show yellow flags. Pierre Gasly has spun his AlphaTauri for 360 degrees, Mick Schumacher however, he managed to turn his Haas only for 180 degrees. Most a spectacular turn in this turn, however, he succeeded Charles Leclerc, the Ferrari racer also used a sand barrier.
