We will bring some updates to Bahrain and the next parts are already in production. I think all the cars in Bahrain will change," so Key. Given the extensive new rules Key he says he will McLaren focused on specific areas. “Of course, we need to learn our race car first - is it correlated, is it doing what you expect it to be? You have instructions on how you want to develop further. But we also get rough ideas about where you are and we don’t know that. But over the course of the season, that will change dramatically."

Ob presentation is the CEO of McLaren Racing, Zak Brown, said: “I am very happy to be able to present all three of McLarn's most important racing programs today, namely Formula 1, IndyCar and Extreme E. Our program in Formula 1 is progressing from season to season. Andreas Seidl is doing a really good job, Lando Norris was outstanding last year and Daniel Ricciardo gave us a very important win at Monza. We have also made great progress in the commercial field, as we have expanded the range of business partners, with the help of which we will be able to be even more competitive this year. Last year we were voted the most popular team by the fans, which we want to repeat this year, but of course our biggest concern is to get as close as possible to the top."

He also shared some of his first thoughts with the seventh force Lando Norris"It’s seemed like an eternity since we raced in Abu Dhabi, and I can’t wait to get back in the race car and test the MCL36. Last year was my best in Formula 1 so far and I am really proud of what I have achieved as a driver and what we have achieved together as a team. However, I know that the best is yet to come and my goal is to pass on the positive momentum we have gained in the last year and to upgrade last year's results."

Daniel Ricciardo added: “At the start of the new season, we always have butterflies in our bellies, and this year the excitement is even greater as the rules change. Since I’ve put myself through some of these major changes already, I feel like I can use that energy to help adjust to a new way of racing. The new race cars are completely different from what we have been used to so far. I hope that this is a good thing for me, that the competition will be more together and that there will be significantly more opportunities for the highest places."
