"It was really a very, very difficult qualification," said after the end of the qualifications for the Spanish Grand Prix Leclerc, who also admitted to being in the second round as well almost slipped off the track, but unlike the first attempt he managed to save himself. “I made a mistake in the first attempt and then had only one lap available, but I succeeded. The race car was great, ” he added Leclerc.
“Tomorrow, tires will be key to victory. We have had quite a few problems with their wear in the last races, so this pole position doesn't mean much yet, ” he adds Leclerc.
“Nevertheless, I am pleased with what has been achieved and I hope that the spectators will see a good race tomorrow. We have a really good race car, so I'm optimistic, ” he concluded Charles Leclerc.
