At Ford, they prepared a kind of surprise for mustang fans, as they presented official data on the engine power of the seventh generation of this legendary American muscle man. As expected, the top of the range is represented by the model Dark Horse, powered by five liter V8 with 500 hp. Model GT it is not far behind, as it officially has 480, and with the optional exhaust system it gets an additional six.
It is true that over the years we have also encountered more powerful Mustangs, but Dark Horse it is the most powerful among the models with an atmospheric engine. At Ford, the engine was given some new guts, among which it is worth mentioning a new crankshaft. The changes allow the red area to move to the highs 7.500 revolutions per minute.
The entrance also received some improvements 2,3 liter Ecoboost supercharged engine, which was given a new fuel injection system and a few other little things. With power 315 BAM it is also officially the most powerful "entry level" Mustang ever.
