LANCIA DELTA INTEGRALE by MANHART has 375 HP and a new interior

A comprehensive overhaul and highly complex engine setup for the rally icon added to the vehicle by the Manhart converter.

spear lived a rather sad existence for many years. The brand lives primarily in memory famously period of rallies from the seventies to the nineties of the last century. The only current model is an aging small car Ypsilon, which is available exclusively in Italy. stellantis plans to revive the former luxury brand. It was recently introduced elegant concept car. If you want to immerse yourself in the feeling the legendary Lancia, you still need to invest in old sheet metal. What is possible is now being demonstrated by the tuner Manhart with a thoroughly reworked and greatly improved model Delta HF Integrale 16V. The Wuppertal-based company is known primarily for its products based on new cars BMW. They are not necessarily known for remakes of the old Italians, but they have long cared for treasures from the past under the name Manhart Classic Cars. In the case of the model Delta Integral this also includes an extremely complex power upgrade 2,0-liter turbo four-cylinder. The central part is the so-called Turbo Performance Kit with upgraded turbocharger including racing manifold and turbocharger timer.

Manhart increased the engine capacity of the Delta Integrale to 375 HP.

They are new in cylinders forged pistons with forged connecting rods with shaft H on the camshaft Catcams. They complete the package Bosch pump for fuel, a group N air intake and optimized radiators and fans. The tuner improves the exhaust system with a new one 3,5 inch full system, which starts at the turbine and ends with two 80 mm exhaust pipes. After adjusting the software, it is finally available 375 BAM in 550 Nm of torque. That is 175 BAM in 252 Nm more than the factory version. Manhart with group N components it also upgrades five-speed manual transmission. It is connected to the engine via a new one Sachs clutches. With such additional power, it makes sense to adapt the chassis components as well.

Manhart has also intensively refreshed the interior of this legendary car.

Manhart install the suspension KW coilover variants 3, brakes Brembo with 4-piston calipers and 380 mm front discs and 2-piston calipers and 284 mm rear discs. They are in the right style Delta installed on 8×17 inch OZ Rallye Racing wheels (in 1989 7×15 inch wheels were standard) with tires 205/40/17. Fortunately, there isn't that much going on with the classic vehicle's exterior. Manhart install your roof here spoiler here and provides foil finishing, including the company's signature decorative kit. The interior has been more intensively refreshed. With new leather upholstery Alcantara, 350 mm sports steering wheel, new instruments, floor mats and a shortened shift lever stroke.
