Samsung Galaxy S24 will get an important feature that could almost completely eliminate language barriers - real-time translation of calls. This is not a rumor from the dark corner of the internet, but from himself Samsung, who confirmed that his next phone will have "Galaxy AI".
Although the series Galaxy S24 not specifically mentioned, Samsung is expected to announce its next flagship smartphones in January, which means we're a long way from phone launches and real-time call translation only weeks apart.
Samsung says it will “AI Live Translate Call” part of the new Galaxy AI suite, which will provide real-time audio and text translation during calls via the chat log. The South Korean company claims that the system will "as simple as turning on subtitles when playing a show". Since it's built into the native calling app, you just need to call someone who doesn't speak your language and the conversation will take place in real time without any awkward moments.
From the sample image that is Samsung shared, it can be seen that the chat log will allow you to “Add an event” whenever the date and time are mentioned in the conversation, giving you a quick calendar reminder.
