Luxurious residences with a car theme have become very popular, as we have already seen projects that include Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes in Lamborghini. Now they have been joined by Pagani, who has teamed up with Riviera Horizons to build an exclusive high-rise in North Bay Village in Florida.
A project known as Pagani Residences, is denoted as “boutique luxury residential building with interiors designed by Pagani Arte”. The 28-story tower will have 70 apartments with two to four bedrooms. Their size will be from 86 to 307 square meters.
There will be just four residences on each floor, which will have expansive outdoor terraces of up to 97 square meters. The two companies also said that each residence will "perfectly adapted to the owner's taste and requirements" and fully finished with 3,3 meter high ceilings.
Although some questions remain, the interior will "inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's principles of art and science". They promise they will "combining sophisticated aesthetics with cutting-edge technology, a testimony to the artistic perfection created by Pagani Arte".
It's not much, but it will be a residence Pagani Residences had a 240-foot (73-meter) long waterfront promenade, private boats, parking spaces, and 24-hour security. The building will also have a pet spa and private garages that will be available for purchase.
The list of amenities doesn't end there, as the building will have a private lounge on the eighth floor for the two of them library in media room. The 27th floor will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, yoga studio and "restorative wellness salon". They are one floor up rooftop pool and sky lounge, which offer stunning 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and the bay Biscayne.
The price of residences starts at $ 2,4 million, and the project should be finished in 2027. It's a long way off, but it is Horacio Pagani said: "Our desire is for residence owners to experience the same joy and excitement that our car enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani hypercar." He added that the project will "an exciting blend of Pagani's bespoke design approach with the finest materials and the vibrant appeal of Miami's beauty and dynamic energy".
