Pagani Residences in Miami for $2,4 million combines the luxury and exclusivity of hypercars

Pagani Residences near Miami will offer luxury apartments to fifth-generation buyers.

Luxurious residences with a car theme have become very popular, as we have already seen projects that include Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes in Lamborghini. Now they have been joined by Pagani, who has teamed up with Riviera Horizons to build an exclusive high-rise in North Bay Village in Florida.

A project known as Pagani Residences, is denoted as “boutique luxury residential building with interiors designed by Pagani Arte”. The 28-story tower will have 70 apartments with two to four bedrooms. Their size will be from 86 to 307 square meters.

There will be just four residences on each floor, which will have expansive outdoor terraces of up to 97 square meters. The two companies also said that each residence will "perfectly adapted to the owner's taste and requirements" and fully finished with 3,3 meter high ceilings.

Although some questions remain, the interior will "inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's principles of art and science". They promise they will "combining sophisticated aesthetics with cutting-edge technology, a testimony to the artistic perfection created by Pagani Arte".
