Do you know Nissan kicks? If not, we understand. 4,30 meters the long SUV has been available since 2016 in USA, in China and Brazil. In terms of size, it is between ours Juke in Qashqai. Now the manufacturer at the car show in New York (NYIAS) presents the new Kicks, which boasts a striking design.
You will immediately notice that it is no longer distinctive Nissan grilles V-Motion cooler. But if you take a closer look at the new look, you will discover traces of the old design language. The radiator grille openings are running diagonally inwards and end with an edge on the front bumper. Also narrow headlights are inclined downwards at the top on the inner edges. It is very clean, angular appearance, which continues to the rear with a high, straight waistline.
Na the last part is a bit more interesting. Nissan keeps the theme floating roofs, which is available in two colors, and the "break" in the pillar is also still present Kick-start. This one retreats less massive back door with characteristic vertical rear lights, placed high on the corners. Overall, the look is very different from the old model Kicks. The new version looks bigger. And it's not just a question of appearance. Nissan says it is Kicks 2025 larger, although exact specifications are not yet known. He says that there is slightly more shoulder room for front and rear passengers, rear passengers but they have a little less than a centimeter more room for the knees.

The new interior is radically different because two screens for the infotainment system in the driver's center. Many technologies can be managed on it, including optional ones 360-degree cameras for surround view and optional sound system Bose with 10 speakers. Two wireless systems are integrated into the system Apple CarPlay in Android Auto.
It's new under the hood 2,0 liter four-cylinder engine with power 143 BAM and torque 190 Nm, which is associated with CVT gearbox. For the first time, you can transfer this power to all four wheels with Nissan's intelligent four-wheel drive. In this version, Nissan also offers a mode Snow Mode, which is specially designed to work on slippery surfaces. Additional assistance to the driver is provided by functions such as automatic emergency braking, cross-traffic alert, automatic rear brake assist and lane departure warning, which are part of Nissan's standard system Safety Shield 360. At SR equipment is available the ProPilot system, which additionally supports steering. Nissan specifically emphasizes that this is also the first innovation for the Kicks model.
How much will it be? it all cost? Nissan isn't ready to reveal pricing yet, but promises that information will be released soon before the start of sales in the summer. For comparison: the price of the model Kicks 2024 starts at $22.440, which equates to just over 20.600 euros.
