At a press conference after the race for Hungarian GP were the first three Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen in Sebastian Vettel addressed what they think of a possible return Fernanda Alonso v Formula 1. Vettel said: "I don’t care because I think he never liked me. We never had a special relationship. But it doesn't bother me. I respect him for his accomplishments and his knowledge on the track. I don’t know, I estimate he gets bored if he writes things like that. So bring him back, I don't care."

Of course, those words also came to my ear Fernanda Alonso and the Spaniard responded in an online chat with his fans. “I read this, but it's not true at all. It hurts me because Sebastian thinks so. I have always been of the opinion that we respect each other and that we have a pleasant relationship. Maybe this rivalry was created by the media, but I repeat. The opposite is the case."

Interest of top teams to return Alonso is equal to zero. One fan in this online chat wanted to know if this had anything to do with his character. Alonso replied: "All the people I’ve worked with speak differently. I do my best for the team, in every round. For good reason, I went back to Renault, I also went back to McLarn."

Some other fan wanted to know if Alonso feels regret that he failed to achieve his aunt 's title (as his role model) Ayrton Senni). Fernando he replied, "I achieved much more in Formula 1 than I could have ever dreamed of. Frankly, I’m a little surprised at how my return to the Grand Prix sport is being talked about again at the moment. Half a year is behind me, I managed to win in Daytona and Sebring, I also won Le Mans for the second time in a row. If I return to Formula 1, I will definitely let you know."

Alonso regrets Vettl's opinion and is not considering returning to Formula 1.

About his next project, though Alonso says: “This will keep me busy for quite a few months. If it was easy, then it wouldn’t be interesting to me."
