Does an organization like Williams have the right to be as fast as Mercedes or Ferrari? The answer is only one: No!"It simply came to our notice then Williams years ago maneuvered on sports sidet and it doesn’t belong to the team to get help, based on the new policy. “Let’s be honest: Williams doesn’t race in the same league at all. With the introduction budget ceilings will not be for Williams nothing changed, Villeneuve believes and explains: "Williams won last place last year, but they still put a good 14 million euros in their pockets. The management and co-owners are satisfied. Only top teams will spend that $ 158 million. And even if the budget ceiling was 45 million euros, Williams would simply spend only 20 million and stay last,” he says Villeneuve and marks this situation as big joke, and adds that no one wins here.
