Renovation for the Mercedes-AMG E 63 sedan

After all other versions of the renewed E-Class have already been introduced, Mercedes has also updated the top of its range with the AMG E 63.

The sports sedan got a redesigned front end with a larger central cooling air supply, including AMG radiator grille and full-LED headlights. At the rear, there are immediately noticeable flat and now separated rear lights, which now reach into the boot lid, as well as a new diffuser at the rear and a larger front bumper.

The latest version infotainment system MBUX and intelligent speech control "Hey Mercedes" they also got space in the revamped sedan, the center console got the buttons redesigned, and the steering wheel is also new.

The well-known 4,0-liter V8 engine with two turbochargers still powers the most toxic version of the E-Class. 571 BAM in 750 Nm of maximum torque, model E 63 p so pause for 612 BAM in 850 Nm maximum torque. The sprint from standstill to 100 km / h in the E 63 takes 3,5 seconds, and in the E 63 S version a tenth less.

The power transmission is provided as standard with a nine-speed automatic transmission, and is also standard AMG Performance 4Matic + permanent all-wheel drive with variable torque distribution. In the S version, the case also provides some fun for drifting, and the appropriate decelerations are provided by discs with a diameter of 391 mm at the front and 260 mm at the rear.

When exactly will the limousines and van E 63 in E 63 p available from retailers is not yet known, nor is the price of the remanufactured toxic E.
