Nielsen believes that while his Danish compatriot is likely to stay on the team Haas also in the 2021 season, but undeveloped and too weak race car American team Magnussen psychologically leaves in a bad place.

"For Kevin, this is a bad situation, because on the one hand he wants to be a Formula 1 racer, and on the other hand it is unsatisfactory to be where he is at the moment,”Is for the officer BK he said Nielsen. "At Haas, it looks like one of the current racers has to leave the team, I personally think it will be Grosjean. If Kevin has no other choice, he has to stay if he wants to be a Formula 1 racer. Mentally, this is a bad place for him."

Former Le Mans winner, Danish racer John Nielsen, believes his compatriot Kevin Magnussen has been on the American Haas team for too long.

Therefore Nielsen he thinks he has to Magnussen, if he is offered another option, grab it right away. “With the atmosphere in the team, you can feel too comfortable. They’re all friends and that’s okay. But if you want to be sharp, everyone has to look out for each other. I think he's been on the Haas team for too long. But he has to stay until the other door opens for him."
