ENG NEW: CUPRA Formentor and renovated ATECA

The attractive Cupra Formentor and the revamped Ateca, with both Seat and Cupra badges on their noses, are already in showrooms.

Brand Cupra, which is known mainly for its sportiness and attractive design, now has four models in its offer, among which the new one stands out. Formentor, which cannot be directly compared to any of the models sister brands Seat.

Interesting CUV is available on the Slovenian market with two powertrains, namely a two-liter TSI unitwho can 228 kW (310 HP) maximum power and a 1,5-liter TSI maximum power engine 110 kW (150 HP). With the more powerful model, the power is transferred to all four wheels.

Cupra-Formentor is the first model to be fully conceived and developed brand Cupra and as such will be of particular interest to buyers who want a combination of sporty driving characteristics and the practicality that SUVs bring. The Spanish brand says they will expand the range of powertrains gradually to numbers seven, two of them will be plug-in hybrids.
