Walk across the Chain Bridge
Take a walk across Chain Bridge (Szécheny lánchíd), which was the first to connect the cities of Buda and Pest. It was built in 1849 according to the plans of English engineers Tierney William in Adam Clark. Towards the end of World War II, the German army blew it up when it withdrew, and the new one, a meter wider than the old one, was opened in 2, exactly 100 let after the first opening.
