MONACO: FORMULA 1 racers in a football match against Prince ALBERT II

The Formula 1 race for the Monaco Cote d'Azur is traditionally scheduled for the last weekend of May. This year for the first time with a three-day event.

After a two-year hiatus, a football match between the racing team and Prince Albert II will be on the agenda again this year.

One of traditions these events in the princely city that accompany the Formula 1 program is also football game against the team Prince Albert II. This year, more Formula 1 racers will replace their racing football boots.

There will be a football event this year already 29. at the stadium Louis II. In addition to some other active racers, they will be competing in the racing team Max Verstappen, Daniel Ricciardo, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso in Mick Schumacher. Of the retired, among others Kimi Raikkonen, Mika Hakkinen, Giancarlo Fisichella.

This year, our legendary skier Jure Košir will also join the team of Prince Albert, who brought the main reinforcement from Rome, namely Francesco Totti.

The racers will compete with the team Prince Albert II, who managed to acquire the legendary footballer AS Rome Francesca Totti, and his team will include, among other things Nico Rosberg, Giuliano Razzoli, Max Biaggi, Dominic Paris, Loris Capirossi and our ski legend Jure Košir.

Match, which has not been carried out in the last two years due to coronavirus, will be in Tuesday, May 24 at 18 p.m..
