The renewed RENAULT Clio will also be available as Esprit ALPINE

The range of powertrains includes well-known examples, starting with a naturally aspirated three-cylinder 1,0-liter unit with power 65 hp (47 kW) and 95 Nm of torque, which is transmitted to the front wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. The next option is another 1,0-liter three-cylinder, but with a turbocharger that can 90 hp (66 kW) in 160 Nm, which works with a six-speed manual transmission.

The top of the offer represents Clio E-Tech Full Hybrid 145, which combines a naturally aspirated 1,6-liter four-cylinder engine with a pair of electric motors and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1,2 kWh. As the name suggests, it offers a total output of 145 hp (105 kW), which is transmitted to the road via gearbox without clutch with two levels for EV mode and four for internal combustion engine operation.
