Suzuki Vitara receives another slight renovation and a new infotainment system

At Suzuki, they decided to keep the ten-year-old model on the market for a few more years.

Suzuki presented another model renewal on the European market Vitara, which brought a renewed look and a new infotainment system and slightly improved safety equipment. There are no mechanical changes this time, hybrid and mild hybrid and the powertrain are carried over from the outgoing model.

Fourth generation Suzuki Vitara is already a decade old model, having been introduced in 2014. The model underwent its first facelift in 2018, followed by the introduction of mild hybrid technology in 2020, and the option of a full hybrid powertrain in 2022. The latest update for 2024 focuses on Frrefreshing the exterior and improving technology in the cabin. Suzuki hopes these updates will keep the Vitara relevant in the highly competitive subcompact SUV segment for at least a few more years.

Renovated Suzuki Vitara it's instantly recognizable, but a closer look reveals some visual updates. The redesigned front bumper looks cleaner thanks to slimmer lights on the sides and dropped fog lights. He also gained updated radiator grille and a larger central intake channel with a black finished rim reminiscent of a bull bar.

The profile has remained largely unchanged since 2014. Suzuki designers have added a new kit "aerodynamically designed" alloy wheels and two new color options in the available range – Titanium Dark Gray Pearl Metallic in Sphere Blue Pearl in combination with the roof Cosmic Black Pearl Metallic.

The interior started to age a few years ago and looked like it was from the 90s. While the old one is good analog instrument panel remaining, Suzuki added a new infotainment system with a 9-inch touchscreen. The system supports connections USB,Bluetooth in Wi-Fi and is compatible with the systems Apple CarPlay in Android Auto. Also added is remote access to some vehicle functions via the owner's smartphone.

Like most Suzuki models in Europe, the Vitara was also already equipped with an extensive range ADAS systems, and the updated version has new and improved systems. Specifically, the subcompact SUV is now equipped with a brake assist system Dual Sensor Brake Support II, a system for controlling the psychophysical state of the driver, adaptive cruise control, a system for recognizing traffic signs and lane keeping assistance.
