Even after yesterday's race, the young Dutchman could not forget Saturday's qualifiers, where the race commissioners fined him three points for ignoring the yellow flag. Max claims that even one silver race car didn’t slow down.

Example from qualifications Max Verstappn not to peace. Because the Dutchman at the collision was not slowed down by Bottas, the race commissioners charged him for ignoring the yellow flag penalty of the addition of three places and so instead of starting from the first starting position he started the race as the fourth. The race itself went very well for him turbulent. Two collisions, a rubber injury and a background hunt that ended on final sixth place. Nevertheless, Saturday's qualifiers did not give him peace even after Sunday's race.

Sunday's race also started all too well for him, as he got involved with Lewis Hamilton after the first corner.

"I understand the rules and accept my punishment. The rules are quite clear at this point. However, I want to clarify a few things because this scene has caused so much debate. Looking back, then it should slow down, no doubt, but doesn’t that apply to everyone? I know Seb slowed down, but one silver car didn't do that," so Verstappen, who had in mind Lewis Hamilton. "And then this race car wasn’t penalized at all, that makes me very angry. But last but not least, it's just the way it is. I am not competent to follow the rules as far as other racers are concerned."

A close encounter with another silver arrow racer, Valtteri Bottas, led to an early stop in the pits.

Lewis Hamilton however, he said in his defense: "Valtteri was directly in front of me, I could see parts lying on the track, but at that moment there was no yellow flag yet. I hesitated whether to speed up because it was clear that something serious had happened. But when I saw the Valtteri race car, I was almost past the crash site.”The race commissioners in his case they saw no reason for more detailed verification.
