After five years Formula E returned to the British capital, this time to a venue in the surroundings and inland ExCeL Congress Center in east London. In the second race, which was partly held inside as well ExCel buildings and has therefore changed considerably on kart track, was finally celebrated by the local Alex lynn, after he was punished Lucas di Grassi.
They finally climbed to the podium for the winners Nyck de Vries (Mercedes), which also took the lead in the total number of drivers and Mitch Evans (Jaguar). Then we saw several phases of the safety car due to the collisions, the second of them when they got involved from the coast and Lotter, but he wanted to make the most of it Lucas di Grassi, who turned into the pits and suddenly found himself in the lead, but the commissioners decided that he did not stop enough at the place to change the wheels, so he was fined for driving through the pits, which he did not do until the end of the race. was at the end "Rewarded" with a black flag.
So in the end, the victory came Alex Lynn, before Nyckom de Vries in Mitch Evans, followed by others Frejns, Wehrlein, Günther in Cassidy. Stoffel vandoorne in Oliver Rowland, who got involved in a duel and lost a good number of places, finished in 12th and 19th place, respectively.
