This Lamborghini Countach costs as much as a Dacia Duster

However, Amalgam's 1:8 scale sports car model…

If you could shrink down to size 1:8, you could drive this insanely detailed replica Lamborghini Countach. This is the latest creation of the modeling experts from the company Amalgam, who recreated the original model in great detail LP400 from 1974. However, living room showcase entertainment doesn't come cheap. Prices start at 18.250 euros... the new Dacia Duster (in life size) is only 600 euros more expensive.

But does it have a low-cost SUV scissor doors too? This little one LP400 it has them and they open vertically to reveal details such as window handles and neck pockets that have been accurately reproduced to scale. V inside we also find a steering wheel that is similar to the original, instrument panel, shifter with a scenery, stereo system, recesses for speakers and even ashtray on the center console. Everything is available. And it looks great.

In the front trunk Lamborghini you can discover even more details. They are among them brake components and a spare wheel. You can choose whether they should be in the front headlights on or off. And when you are done setting up this great feature, go to the last part and lift the bonnet of the LP400 model. Below it is a replica 4,0 liter V12 engine, which is located longitudinally between the wheel arches and looks fantastic. Med red cables for the ignition and choke valves for the carburetors we can almost hear it working.

Amalgam will produce 199 of these 1:8 scale replicas, which will be available in yellow (Giallo Fly) or red (Red) colors. Into this project Countach was filed 4.000 hours of development work, and a small team is needed to fully assemble the model about 400 hours. Since these are small series of vehicles that are mostly made to order, buyers can also opt for custom designs, if they want different colors or details. However, then the price increases to 23.725 euros.
