They are called cars Mansory Linea d'Araba in Mansory Linea d'Oro and as a mere mortal you will have a hard time buying one of them.
This is because each case is different unique, i.e. unique. Some will welcome this fact, but where these two are parked luxury SUVs, people will see things differently.
