Mazda will unveil its flagship SUV, the CX-80, on April 18

The SUV will be available in six- and seven-seat configurations and will be almost 5 meters long.

Mazda showed the first pictures of her today the new flagship among SUVs, of the model CX-80, which will soon also be available in Evropi. The CX-80 is designed as a spacious and comfortable option for families and buyers looking for a luxury driving experience.

Based on the pictures, the CX-80 will have elegant and modern design, which resembles other Mazda models. The large grille and narrow lights ensure sporty look, while the spacious cabin and high seating offer comfort and visibility.

Mazda confirmed that it will CX-80 longer and taller than the CX-60, as it will measure nearly 5.000mm in length compared to the smaller model's 4.745mm. Its wheelbase will exceed 3.000 mm and will "significantly longer" from 2.870 mm in the CX-60 model. Still, it will likely be shorter than the 3.119mm North American models CX-70 in CX-90.

The CX-80 will be available in six- and seven-seat configurations, with a spacious trunk for the luggage of all passengers. He will take care of the drive a selection of petrol and diesel engines, but will also be available option of four-wheel drive.

Inside Mazda CX-80 there will be three types of seats. Depending on the version, it will accommodate six or seven passengers, with two separate seats and a center console available in the second row. In any case, both seats in the third row can be folded flat, creating larger trunk.

Mazda will reveal more details about the CX-80, including pricing and specifications, at an official launch on April 18.
